Grey is back!
In 2003 I wrote

buccanoir for my first NaNoWriMo, a film noir-style novel starring sarcastic pirates. I felt it was so much fun (for me and the readers!) that in 2004 I wrote the fantasy parody ajustandfairgod. For 2005 I will be resurrecting Captain Grey and his crew, but this time our smart-ass seadogs are parroting a heist movie instead of a 1940's detective film. oceanseight begins with the sneaky practices of the eighteenth-century Navy recruiters, and beyond that, I promise swashbuckling, sharks, treasure-hunting, humiliating circumstances, near-death experiences, death experiences and bad food.If you would like to read, please leave a message in the first entry and I will add you when I see it! :) This year I am probably not going to post the whole novel, but I will post excerpts. This is not because I am afraid of being ripped off or losing my first publication rights, but because this is going to be a complex story; I am pretty sure I will need to change things after I have posted them.
