So what I did is, the part that I retyped? I took half of it and pasted it a second time >:| If that is cheating then I suck, but I did write those words, and the amount I wrote was actually way greater the first time, but I have no way of verifying the exact number so I chopped it in half to be sure I was not cheating. I am still writing so I might pass it without the doubled bit anyway, but I am really tired and I have an art show to prepare for, so there is probably not going to be much more tonight.

Do you want to read my novel?

The main character, Captain L. Grey is a fairly well-behaved pirate captain on The Proverbial Handbasket. He is not fond of tormenting hostages or needless slaughter and he drinks milk rather than liquor, which have earned him a sissy reputation as "The Greymalkin." He takes the ribbing good-naturedly and adds to the rumors by maintaining a rather foppish appearance, because Grey enjoys it when people underestimate him.

Between Grey, his crew, and the other characters, there will be sneaky practices of the eighteenth-century Navy recruiters, swashbuckling, sharks, treasure-hunting, humiliating circumstances, near-death experiences, death experiences and bad food. Expect bad language, even worse puns, anachronistic pop culture references, political incorrectness, blasphemy, historical jokes, sarcasm and irresponsible sodomy; if you are a minor or offended by any of those things, you probably want to find another novel.
